The dust storm off Iran and Pakistan in late October 2007 continued for a second day. The Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer (MODIS) on NASA’s Terra satellite captured this image on October 30, 2007. Compared to the previous day, the dust storm on October 30 concentrated more along the Iran-Pakistan border with somewhat diminished activity to the east.
